By accessing or purchasing our healing sessions, courses, or relationship programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Services We provide emotional and relationship healing services including: 🔘 1:1 Healing Sessions 🔘 The “Aligned Relationship” 90-Day Program 🔘 Energy Healing, Inner Child Work, Hypnosis, and related digital content 2. Intellectual Property All session materials, course content, recordings, worksheets, and tools are owned by Meri Khwahish / Deepika Handa. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for learning and healing purposes only. You may NOT copy, record, resell, share, or distribute any content without written permission. 3. Payments & Installments Full payment or first installment must be completed before starting the sessions/program. For installments, timely payments are mandatory. Delays in payment may result in suspension of access without refund. 4. Refunds Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Healing sessions, energy work, and digital products are non-refundable once service has started. 5. Client Conduct Respectful behaviour during sessions, calls, and communication is mandatory. Toxic, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the program without refund. Healing results depend on participation, sincerity, and willingness to apply the guidance. 6. Disclaimers Relationship healing is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal counselling. We do not guarantee specific results; transformation depends on individual commitment and circumstances. 7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited only to the amount paid for the service. 8. Confidentiality All client information and session details remain strictly confidential. No personal details will be shared without consent unless legally required. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi / NCR, India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delhi / NCR. 10. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with the revised effective date. 11.
